OnTime – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the OnTime appointment reminder

platform (“OnTime”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using OnTime, you (“the

User”, “Client”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OnTime provides automated appointment reminders and communication services via SMS,

WhatsApp, Email, and other supported channels. The service allows businesses to schedule, send,

confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments electronically.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to act on behalf of the business they

represent. By using OnTime, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

4. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities

conducted under their account. OnTime reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for

misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to: • Use OnTime for unlawful, misleading, or abusive communication

• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Violate data protection or privacy laws

• Interfere with platform security or functionality

6. Data Protection & Privacy

OnTime processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws,

including POPIA. Users remain responsible for obtaining client consent for communications sent via

the Platform.

7. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees, usage charges, and billing cycles are outlined in the selected pricing plan.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Service Availability

While OnTime aims for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We are not liable

for delays or failures caused by third-party networks or service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and materials remain the intellectual property of

OnTime. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

OnTime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the

Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding three months.11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold OnTime harmless against claims arising from misuse of the

Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. OnTime reserves the right to terminate

access immediately for breach of these Terms.

13. Amendments

OnTime may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes

acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
